Who we are

This website is operated by SOFT4U BV, the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: info@medchat.health.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the brochure form, we collect:

• your email address;
• your consent and the time it was given;
• the language of the brochure you requested.

We use this only to send you the brochure and occasional related updates about MedChat. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not collect special-category (health) data through this form, and we never sell your data.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot check that does not track you across sites and does not use advertising cookies.

Where it's stored, and for how long

Your details are stored within the European Union on our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. We keep them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — after which they are removed. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, database and bot protection) — and Brevo (an EU email service) to notify us of your request. They process data on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. No advertising networks; no data brokers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@medchat.health and we'll act on it. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any usage analytics we add are cookieless and aggregated (no individual profiling).
